A Satisfying Good-bye

 Mom and Dad, you'll hate yourself for putting me in a position where I had to choose death to save you. However, that was my choice. Don't blame yourself!

Goodbyes are hard. Sure. But happy biddings are one of the best closure.

The fact that you're alive and kicking makes me happy! I did what I had to do, and I'm glad I did it. I know it was difficult for you to accept it, but I hope you can come to terms with it. I love you both, and I'm thankful for the time we had together.

And you've got to promise me you'll always choose happiness! No matter what life throws at you, I want you to remember that I'm here for you. I want you to make choices that bring you joy and make you feel fulfilled. You deserve happiness, and I'll always be here to help you find it.
Don't involve me in everything, and every time you say, "If I'd been here, I'd have done this " you can reminisce about me and smile... But please don't cry over and over again! Instead, embrace the memories you have of me and use them to make you smile, instead of dwelling on the negative emotions that come with missing me.

If I were to die, I would want my funeral to be a joyous affair. This is where you can remember me fondly, laugh, and remember some of the naughty or quirky things I did!
Hanging a cheerful photo on the wall would be perfect for me. The funeral would be like a celebration of my life, similar to a graduation day where friends and family can remember the good times we had together. Then I guess we'll have to buy a really big frame for the photo since it's sure to be the biggest smile I've ever had!

Especially when you know its all worth it.

No need to delete my social media accounts; tag me when you want! It would be a way to honor my memory and to share the stories and memories that we have of me with each other. It would be a way for everyone to remember the good times and celebrate the life that I lived. It would be a way to keep my memory alive and connected to all I care about.
Make me go to the last seat of your heart once in a while, and by that, I mean, do not let my memories control you! Let me be a part of your life, your story, and help you move forward. Don't let me be a source of pain and sorrow, but rather of joy and hope. Let me live forever in your heart. But don't worry if you forget about me; I can always haunt you from the last seat of your heart!
My love for you three will never fade! I promise to be a source of comfort when times are tough, and a source of joy when things are going well. I will never forget you, no matter how much time passes, and I will always be in your heart in some way. My love for you will remain solid and true.
I'm here whenever you need me, so look up to the sky and smile! It doesn't matter how many days, months, or years pass, I'll always be here for you with a love that never fades. But remember, if you don't look up, I won't know where to find you! So always remember to look up and wave—I'll be sure to wave back!
