Are you fully present NOW?

Make the most of your moment!

Would you like to take a break from self-doubt when you know you can do it but don't know how, when you fall into a pit that is too deep for you to climb out of, and begin to appreciate yourself for your abilities first? Does your fear stem from your past choices or your future expectations? How about facing your choices instead of blaming them? Is it possible to do all of these things without being weighed down by them? Living only in the present makes sense, doesn't it?

Life in the present is more of an aspiration for most people than a lucky wish!

It is true that we never live in the present; we never think about the gift; it's always about the past or an anxious future. I mean, yes, we should have a vision that requires planning for what lies ahead. Also, the mistakes and successes in the past are your lessons; if you visit them occasionally, you could make the right decision in the present. I agree that this is necessary! But, while moving on to different timelines, we often forget to return to the present tense! We tend to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day-to-day, neglecting to appreciate the moments we have right now. This can cause us to miss out on opportunities to learn and grow in the present moment. It is important to take a step back and focus on the present in order to appreciate all that it has to offer.

Maybe that comfort is an illusion.

If the past and present timelines really merge, it would be a blessing for every creature in this world. We could at least not forget to come on the track if everyone went back. We’d only be left with our present and our vision. In the present, we plan for the future. Life without foresight is worthless. Planning and acting now would make the difference, not worrying and wailing. We can create a better future. We can use our knowledge and experience to make positive changes and ensure a brighter tomorrow. It's up to us to shape the world we want to see without compromising the experience of the journey. It’s like a puzzle. Each piece needs to fit together to create the big picture. We can’t expect to get the perfect outcome if some pieces are missing or out of place. Planning ahead is essential to complete the puzzle successfully. With the right pieces in the right place, we can create the future we want.

Here’s how you can live in the moment without stressing too much:

  •  Make a plan, but be flexible.

  •  Learn to accept that some things are out of your control, and focus on what you can control.

  • Take time to rest and relax.

  •  Practice mindfulness and gratitude.

  • Take care of your physical and mental health.

  • Stay connected with friends and family.

  • Set realistic goals and celebrate small accomplishments.

It's critical to live in the moment. It's absolutely necessary not to obsess over the past or the future. The future will take shape if you act today; rest assured! Focus on what you can do now, and don't be hard on yourself if you don't get results right away. It's important to enjoy the journey, not just the destination. Acknowledge your efforts and be proud of the progress you make.

Remind yourself, you will mold your experiences, experiments, and expectations to your satisfaction.

You should never forget how far you've come. Appreciate yourself for your small victories. You're doing everything to do your best. While some pressure helps you be more productive and prompt, it can also crush you, so beware and trust yourself! Remain focused on your goals, and remember that you don't have to do everything at once. Take things one step at a time and celebrate each accomplishment. Above all, be kind to yourself, and don't forget to take breaks.

Steve Maraboli says, and I believe it, “When you live the best version of yourself, you inspire others to live the highest version of themselves.”

A writer friend of yours wants to remind you that you are enough and that you are worth it. Cheers! You've already crossed many of the obstacles you never thought you would. Believe in yourself and continue to strive forward. No matter what you're going through, you have the strength to get through it. You have the power to create a better future for yourself.

"BY GRACE, YOU'LL MAKE IT."

Make what gives you a sense of relief.
